Kimberly moore - Program Director
While earning a bachelor’s degree in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina Kimberly got bit by the volunteering bug. Then while interning at the PBS station in Sumter, SC she developed a love of educating others. From coaching high school volleyball to serving at church, she has always tried to lend a hand even after each military relocation. After working for a few years outside the home, Kimberly accepted a new and exciting job. She happily added the title “Mom” to her resumé and welcomed the new adventure. From that time on when she wasn’t caring for her family or homeschooling her children, she was dedicating her free time to fundraising for charities, coaching, teaching homeschool drama or teaching Sunday School. Outside of volunteering, Kimberly has a love for all types of fitness activities as well as knitting, crocheting, making jewelry and learning new skills. Kimberly is excited to pass on her love of service to the youth of YVCHR and begin another new adventure.
