Youth volunteers will hang out with their buddies while parents take a night off! There is a parental consent form for the Autism Society that will emailed prior to the project. This is different from YVC’s waiver.

Details: Youth volunteers will assist individuals with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) throughout the play area, prioritizing their safety and ensuring they’re having a great time while their parents/caregivers enjoy the opportunity to unwind.

Youth needed: 10

Special Considerations: Youth will be active and should dress in comfortable clothing— ready for lots of activity! Socks are a must. Youth will be required to also complete a registration form with the host organization, which will be share after signing up via YVCHR.

Organization being served: Autism Society, Tidewater Virginia is a locally funded organization serving families and individuals on the Autism Spectrum in Tidewater Virginia.
