Details: Volunteers will help gather donations in this drive-thru style food drive event to help stock the shelves of The Gathering Place, Grove’s free grocery market serving vulnerable families in the greater Williamsburg community.

Special Considerations: This is a rain or shine event. Youth should expect to lift moderating heavy groceries from vehicles and stand for the majority of the event. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable supportive shoes.

Organization being served: Grove Christian Outreach Center whose mission is to serve vulnerable families with God’s grace, while providing resources and hope for a healthier future.
