Help us serve a meal to some gentlemen in need.

Location: Peninsula Rescue Mission

Details: Youth will set up the dining room for dinner, serve a prepared meal for the current residents of PRM and then wash dishes and clean up the dining room after the meal has been finished.

Youth needed: 5

Special Considerations: Youth must be at least 16 in order to sign up for the project. An electronic waiver for new PRM volunteers will be sent via email and needs to be completed within 48 hours of receipt of that email. If waivers are not completed within 48 hours of receiving the email, that volunteer’s name will be dropped from the roster. Due to an abundance of no shows at this project and the need for enough volunteers, we have had to institute this new procedure. There is also a dress code for this project (closed toe shoes, no tight clothing, rips in pants, tank tops or revealing shirts and no shorts).

Organization being served: Peninsula Rescue Mission’s philosophy is to provide help with the material (food, shelter, shower, etc.) and the spiritual needs of the gentlemen who are in need of assistance.
