Join us as we help with some harvesting and maintenance at Hampton Roads Urban Agriculture, while also learning more about the services they provide for our community!

Location: Hampton Roads Urban Agriculture, 619 21st Street, Newport News, VA 23607

Details: Youth will be helping with maintenance of the farm as well as some harvesting. There may be a few small build projects to complete or some fruit trees to plant.

Youth needed: 20-25

Special Considerations: Youth will need to wear closed toed shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather as we will be working outside.

Organization being served: Hampton Roads Urban Agriculture is a non profit organization that is committed to reducing food insecurity within the Hampton Roads area, through urban farming, educational programming, and by creating a sustainable food system.
